Marc Randazza, Celebrity First Amendment Attorney, has his Panties in a Wad over Crystal Cox Blogger (Not Porn Star) rejecting him as her Attorney, and Marc Randazza, is fighting back by conspiring with the Plaintiff in Obsidian V. Cox to set up Blogger Crystal Cox.

Marc Randazza has not done his homework on Obsidian Finance Group, or Kevin Padrick to determine if there a reason to investigate, or to believe that indeed Blogger Crystal Cox does have those Journalistic Standards that Marc Randazza spoke of in their first conversation.

See, Marc Randazza went to school to be a journalist, and does not seem to be interested in journalistic adventures, such as reading, or Marc Randazza would easily see that Kevin Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group are in some major conflicts of interest; massive lobbying and solar tax credits issue, People in Lake County Oregon are very upset at their property rights being run over by Obsidian Finance Group, HomeStreet bank out of Washington filed an Objection to the Fees of Kevin Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group, There is history of questionable behavior over the Longview Fibre Deal and Aloha Lumber, and the Oregon Trail Issues.

Marc Randazza is so upset that Blogger Crystal Cox bought Marc Randazza .com, that Marc Randazza cannot see the forest for the trees. And in this Marc Randazza is making ALL Bloggers the Collateral Damage.

Marc Randazza’s ego is leading him around. Oh, and about the Greater Good, Marc Randazza told Crystal Cox he was impressed with her, me, for standing up for and even being willing to not file an appeal for the Greater Good if that’s what he took. Marc Randazza told blogger Crystal Cox that it was very encouraging to hear that she would choose, to not appeal if that was best for lobby efforts and the good of all Bloggers and Citizen Journalists. And yet Marc Randazza, in a pissing match with Blogger Crystal Cox is now working against the First Amendment Rights of all by working with the Plaintiff’s Camp in Obsidian V. Cox, in order to set up Blogger Crystal Cox, and to throw a fit over a Domain name that he was not smart enough to buy, Marc Randazza .com .

Marc Randazza, does not seem to care who is guilty of what. All Marc Randazza can seem to see is red, because Blogger Crystal Cox rejected him for being a controlling ass and making deals behind her back and telling the WORLD that Marc Randazza represented Crystal Cox Blogger, when clearly he did not.

So in his rage, Marc Randazza has staged a Subpoena, even though he contacted the Plaintiff and offered himself up to teach Blogger Crystal Cox a Lesson. See, Marc Randazza is working with David Aman of Tonkon Torp in attempting to silence blogger Crystal Cox who is continuing to expose; Obsidian Finance Group, Tonkon Torp, PacifiCorp, Pacific Power, Obsidian Renewables, Pamela Griffith of the Department of Justice, Judge Randall Dunn, Perkins Coie Law Firm and Steven Hedberg, Sussman Shank Law Firm and Tom Stilley and Susan Ford, Miller Nash Law Firm, US Bankruptcy Code Violations in the Summit Bankruptcy, and events surrounding the Summit Accomodators Bankruptcy based out of Bend Oregon.

Ok So What Happened? How did I, Crystal Cox Blogger begin this pissing match with Marc Randazza, Porn Star Attorney Extraordinaire?

See, after my 2.5 Million Dollar Set Up to “Attempt” to Hide the Secrets of Obsidian Finance Group, Tonkon Torp and other Big Oregon Law Firms and Corporations, well, one of my Bloggers contacted Marc Randazza and I agreed to a 3 way conversation to interview Marc Randazza, and he had agreed with my Blogger to talk with me in the possibility of taking my case.

During this call Marc Randazza said that if he took the case he would need money for a certain amount of costs and that it would be an expensive case to file appeal. He said, in a case like this he would normally charge at least $75,000. However, he was considering Pro Bono due to the Media attention I was getting, but even in that would need cost for copies and to be in a hotel in California for the appeal, if he or someone he recommended were to take the case.

Marc Randazza gave many signs during this call that Marc Randazza would most likely not represent me.

During this call Marc Randazza said he was concerned of the “record” and had to take a look at it before deciding. I said that was a responsible thing to do, he said he would look at my documents and get back to me, he did not get back to me, yet told others he represented me, more on that in a bit.

Marc Randazza told me on this call that I had “made a mess,” which I found very slamming as what I do is for the Greater Good and what I was exposing was and is on the right side of the law and certainly on the right side of the Moral Compass.

Marc Randazza saying this, let me know that he had no idea that what I did was a ‘calling,’ it was for massive change and a good thing to bring attention to this issue. Marc Randazza treated me as if I had made a “mess” and with complete disrespect. When in fact, I am creating “Media” and “Legal” attention to something that is VERY important for the Greater Good of ALL.

Marc Randazza said that he was concerned with my “Journalistic Standards”, SHOCKING isn't it, a Porn King Attorney representing folks that "Society" judges and Marc Randazza is judging and slamming my “Journalistic Standards”? Anyway this disrespectful comment led me to believe that Marc Randazza seemed to have been eating up the bad information about me, this was another sign to me that Marc Randazza was not going to represent me.

I am an Investigative Blogger. And a Very Good ONE. For Over 3 years, I have read contracts, insider emails, legal briefs, documents, LLC Agreements, Legal Filings and I listened to Audio’s of Court Sessions, watched videos of depositions and insider meetings and I interviewed, and yes took notes from the side of the Debtors, Investors, Creditors and more in the Summit Bankruptcy, deeper than any other news outlet. I have covered this story in depth and linked to lots of proof and documentation.

The Media Bloggers Association should pay close attention, as what I was doing was exposing documents, and linking to those documents, and this is what most all bloggers do. The fact that I curse, Capitalize in Odd Places and have my own "Independent Style", well that make me legally "media" as well, and it does not change the Facts. I do what ALL good Investigative Bloggers, Alternative News and Citizen Journalists Do.

Big Media wants to shut me up, so they lie about me, and for some reason Marc Randazza ate up what Big Media said about me, even though it was NOT True. Marc Randazza did not care about my side. Marc Randazza simply ran me over with his personal opinions and agenda.

Marc Randazza told me that he used to work for Big Media but now he works for bloggers and porn stars, because Marc Randazza claimed that Big Media had the agenda of creating a Monopoly so they make more money. Yet NOW Marc Randazza is working with the Plaintiff in Obsidian V. Cox.

Marc Randazza told me that he would have to talk to his existing clients, such as The Media Association of Bloggers, to see if there was a conflict before deciding to represent me or not. Marc Randazza claimed he would get back to me on this. Instead, Marc Randazza contacted the Plaintiff’s side and tried to cut a deal WITHOUT my Consent, without “getting back to me” and without discussing if he represented me, wanted to represent me or if there was a Conflict.

Meanwhile Marc Randazza, of The Media Bloggers Association (MBA) , told lots of people in the “business” that he represented Blogger Crystal Cox, yet that was NOT True. I had agreed to work with another Lawyer and this created a situation that caused me stress, and almost lost me the Lawyer I really wanted.

Did Marc Randazza have to “discuss” a conflict with the Media Bloggers Association (MBA) in any way BEFORE Marc Randazza called the Plaintiff’s side and tried to work out a deal, as if he represented me? I was told at that time by other members of the First Amendment Bar that Marc Randazza was talking with the Plaintiff’s side and trying to work out some arrangement regarding money, or a change to case law. I was Pro Se for a year and I wrote over 50 Court Filed Documents myself. I was and AM in the KNOW on my Case and Marc Randazza simply left me out, as if I had no brain, no rights and with total disrespect for me, Blogger Crystal Cox.

Marc Randazza simply and certainly unethically took it upon himself to contact the Plaintiff’s side of Obsidian V. Cox, without my knowledge and without getting back to me on if he wanted to work with me or not, Marc Randazza simply left me hanging with time running out and was working behind my back on a deal. Is this Legal? Well it is certainly NOT Ethical and certainly shows no respect for bloggers nor the First Amendment Rights that Marc Randazza, Allegedly wants to protect.

Also on that first phone call Marc Randazza said he thought it was funny that the Plaintiff thinks they can get $2.5 Million out of me, and now Marc Randazza has offered himself up to help them get any assets they think I have and ESPECIALLY that $10 Domain Name, Marc Randazza .com, that dumb shit Marc Randazza NEVER Registered for himself. Marc Randazza is helping the Plaintiff to take Domain Names, which is my only way to make a living, and all in the name of “Constitutional Rights” What? This makes no sense and is NOT True.

Marc Randazza is Vindictive, plain and simply. He was not chosen in the BIGGEST case that the blogsphere has EVER seen regarding one blogger, and a case that will change laws and is already a world wide phenomena and that blogger, me, had the nerve to buy Marc Randazza .com and to even suggest that Marc Randazza hire her to do PR for him. Marc Randazza is so mad that Marc Randazza is making ALL Bloggers the Collateral Damage of Marc Randazza’s EGO.

In one of Marc Randazza’s last communications to me he said “do you really want to make an enemy of me?” Marc Randazza thinks that a blogger, a woman being smarter than him is making him an enemy.

So Marc Randazza is on a mission to teach Blogger Crystal Cox a lesson and be “Deposed” to rant about me to the Plaintiff to attempt to further quash my “Free Speech” and First Amendment Rights, and thereby affecting all BLOGGERS and Alternative Media Worldwide.

Marc Randazza told me that if I appeal it MAY create Bad Law and that maybe I should consider NOT appealing so that my case can be used to Lobby for others in changing laws. I was in agreement, and told Marc Randazza that I simply wanted advice from those surrounding the First Amendment Rights Issue and the First Amendment Bar, so that I could do what was best for all Bloggers, Citizens Journalists and the First Amendment Rights of All. Marc Randazza said he was very glad to hear that, and it made him want to work with me even more.

Marc Randazza said, if I take your case then my Ethical Duty is to you, yet Marc Randazza acted as if he had taken my case, without talking to me about it, and was already negotiating with the Plaintiff’s side of Obsidian Finance Group Vs. Blogger Crystal Cox.

To me, Crystal Cox, this says that Marc Randazza was already acting as my attorney, and did have an Ethical Duty to me to not disclose my stance, emails, or private conversations with him. Yet Marc Randazza contacted the “Other” side to Negotiate, and that was in December. Now Marc Randazza is using information I gave him in a Deposition that Marc Randazza is giving the "Plaintiff" to attempt to put me in my place and to take a $10 Domain Name that Marc Randazza was not smart enough to buy, and this, in my opinion, is an Ethical Breach, if not Plain Ol’ Illegal.

Last December I found out that Marc Randazza was Negotiating with the Plaintiff’s Side OF MY LEGAL CASE without my PERMISSION. I was told this by other members of the First Amendment Bar that wanted to represent me. They had heard that Marc Randazza represented me and even spoke with Marc Randazza, and he had flat out claimed to be representing me, yet Marc Randazza had not told me he was even still considering representing me, Blogger Crystal Cox. I was told by other Attorneys that I needed to let Marc Randazza know that he did not represent me, because Marc Randazza was telling everybody that he did represent Blogger Crystal Cox on Appeal of Obsidian V. Cox (I have Emails and more to Prove this).

Marc Randazza has so little respect for potential clients that Marc Randazza simply does as

Marc Randazza pleases without his client’s or potential client’s knowledge.

Can I Sue Marc Randazza for trying to make a deal, acting as if he was my attorney without my consent? I certainly can file Bar Complaints in NV, CA, MA, FL, and AZ to Start.

Marc Randazza is now part of a Witch Hunt to discredit blogger Crystal Cox, in effort to protect Big Corporations such as Obsidian Finance Group, Pacific Power, Government Oversight people such as Judge Randall Dunn and Pamela Griffith of the Department of Justice and Law Firms such as Tonkon Torp, Sussman Shank and Perkins Coie.

Marc Randazza is sacrificing the Free Speech rights of ALL in Marc Randazza’s own personal Ego trip over a blogger that bought Marc Randazza .com. Marc Randazza is NOT a man for the rights of Free Speech. Marc Randazza is a man for the personal EGO Trip of Marc Randazza.

So how is Marc Randazza working with the “Bad Guys” and on the Opposite Side of Free Speech?

Marc Randazza is helping the Plaintiff to set me up. Marc Randazza is pretending to be under subpoena and pretending to have no choice, but the truth is that Marc Randazza called the Plaintiff, and Marc Randazza initiated dealing with them against me because his EGO is bent that I did not CHOOSE him and I bought Marc Randazza .com. Marc Randazza is even flying to Portland to be deposed at the Tonkon Torp Law Firm. Gee I wonder whose dime this is on? And all this because they want to Silence a Blogger Exposing Corruption and to spite a Pro Se Defendant who went with a different lawyer and bought the whiny baby’s name as a dotcom.

Marc Randazza is on an Ego Trip and it affects all Bloggers, yet Marc Randazza acts as if he works for the best interest of Bloggers and for the best interest of the Media Bloggers Association (MBA) .

Marc Randazza does not work for the best interest of Bloggers, nor of the Best interest of the First Amendmant. Marc Randazza is on an Ego trip for Marc Randazza and so in creating a war over a domain name that he was too dumb to buy and in being pissed off because I told him I did not want him to represent me, well now Marc Randazza is working directly against the Free Speech and First Amendment Rights of All Bloggers.

So why are there not more bloggers EXPOSING Marc Randazza ? Well I guess, Marc Randazza really was for blogger’s rights, until he got all BENT over Blogger Crystal Cox and decided to be part of taking down the Free Speech Rights for ALL Bloggers.

Again, Osberg denied there was meeting.

Just before ending the interview, Carr gave Osberg yet another opportunity to admit that the meeting took place. He wouldn’t do it.

Carr says: “I asked Amy afterwards, ‘Do you think he choked? Why did he do that?’ We really couldn’t figure it out because word of that meeting was all over the building.”

"Later Wednesday afternoon, Philadelphia Daily News editor Larry Platt said on the record that the meeting took place. “He wouldn’t go into details,” says Carr, “but those we already had.”

Carr then told Block in an email that Platt confirmed the meeting that Osberg said never took place.

“He said, ‘What time are you closing?’ I said 7:30, and so at 7:50 he sent me a 200-word statement from Osberg acknowledging that the meeting had taken place.”

Here is Osberg’s statement to the Times reporters, time-stamped 7:56 p.m.:

I made it very clear in this February 7 meeting, that I was not suggesting ever taking control of the editorial process, nor was I planning to change any reporting policies going forward. Any suggestions to the contrary of that position are categorically denied, as I stated to you during our interview this morning.

What I did tell the editors that attended this meeting is that I would like to be advised before any articles are published on the subject of Philadelphia Media Network’s possible sale, so that as Publisher, I would not be blind-sided by a story publicly, without receiving advance notice. In view of the sensitive subject matter of the sale, as Publisher, I would have the prerogative to make such a request and it would not be uncommon to receive such notification.

Carr called the desk — after his deadline — and told editors about the statement. They were able to add a sentence to the story.

“It made me angry,” says the reporter. “I don’t know if I’ve ever been through something like that before: No, it didn’t happen; no, it didn’t happen; no, it didn’t happen; and then, yes it did.”

"Summit Accommodators case draws Umpqua's ire

Umpqua Bank is striking back against claims that it bears financial liabilities linked to the bankruptcy of a real estate investment company.

In a 78-page report released late last year, bankruptcy trustee Kevin Padrick alleged that Bend-based Summit Accommodators used client money to fund a Ponzi scheme, and that Umpqua knew what was happening and did nothing to stop it.

Now Steve Philpott, general counsel for the bank, has responded. He said Padrick's report ignores facts, misinterprets evidence and portrays a conspiracy that did not exist. Philpott also accused Padrick of going beyond his duties as a trustee in leveling his accusations.

Padrick's claims, assertively argued in court documents, have been widely aired, frustrating Umpqua officials. It may be months before Umpqua is expected to dispute the claims in court, which ultimately spurred the bank to take its response public.

"As a financial institution with operations in three states, we're involved in litigation all the time," Philpott said. "But these are unprecedented claims."

At the heart of the battle: Whether Umpqua can be held liable for more than $30 million that Summit's 114 claimants lost when the company filed for bankruptcy in late 2008.

Among the points in dispute:

Padrick asserted that Summit's owners were trapped in a Ponzi scheme in which they had to constantly recruit new business in order to avoid collapse.

Summit's principals were not trapped in a Ponzi scheme, Philpott said, just a liquidity shortfall, and they were looking for a new source of funds before they filed bankruptcy. Summit presented its liquidity dilemma to the bank and sought a loan or other business partnership — which Umpqua turned down. According to Padrick's report, the bank should have seen a clear Ponzi scheme and impermissible self-dealing, and should have ceased associating with Summit. He quoted an e-mail from Umpqua Chief Credit Officer Brad Copeland to Umpqua CEO Ray Davis: "I suspect there are some significant fraud issues involved and our records will be subpoenaed. This will probably get very ugly."

Philpott said Umpqua did not see Summit's activity as illegal, just risky, and the bank opted not to help with Summit's liquidity needs.

Padrick has also challenged Umpqua's efforts to keep some e-mails and other records out of court proceedings, hinting that these records may bolster his case.

Relevant documents have been released, Philpott said. Those that remain confidential contain trade secrets and confidential commercial information that could provide insight to bank competitors, he said.

According to Padrick, by allowing Summit to maintain its accounts, Umpqua continued to profit from its business relationship with the Bend company.

"In the grand scheme of things, yes, we tried to profit by charging more on our loans than we paid on deposits," Philpott said. "But they weren't paying us for deposits, we paid them for deposits."

Lawyers not associated with the case caution observers to avoid jumping to any quick conclusions.

Bankruptcy trustees must pursue any claim or cause of action that could benefit creditors, said Thomas Gerber, a creditor's attorney at Bullivant Houser Bailey in Portland.

"It is his charge to go out and see if he finds anything that is relatively suspicious to him," Gerber said. "You can't put too much emphasis on the result of an interim investigation. ... In the end, the truth will come out in court."

Summit's troubles have their roots in the mid-1990s, when several company owners saw an opportunity to generate more profits from client cash, according to court documents. They founded Inland Capital Corp., which used cash from Summit clients to fund loans — often to Summit owners and affiliates.

Until then, Summit's core business helped investors postpone tax liabilities by investing proceeds from one land sale into the purchase of a new piece of real estate, also known as a 1031 exchange. The company charged $750 for the service.

It earned bank interest on clients' money during the 45-day to 180-day period between the sale of one property and the purchase of another.

The Inland Capital loans added a new source of profits, but also tied up client funds that had to be returned before loans came due. According to Padrick's report, that led Summit to constantly recruit new clients to backfill its funding needs.

The complex case has spawned at least six lawsuits, including two seeking more than $30 million from Umpqua, which entered the picture late in the game.

Attorneys expect only one suit against Umpqua to proceed, as both were filed with the aim of winning a judgment for Summit's creditors, and both make similar legal claims.

Another suit, in which Padrick sought $13 million from Summit's pre-bankruptcy owners, has reached partial settlement. Details of the settlement have not yet been filed in court, but people familiar with the litigation said that the owners did not have a full $13 million.

Padrick is also pursuing claims with insurance companies, which could yield up to $21 million if he is successful.

But according to his report, creditors have made claims of $41.5 million against Summit.

That leaves Umpqua Bank, with $9.2 billion in assets, as Padrick's deepest-pocketed target.

Insiders told me, Crystal Cox Investigative Blogger, that they had no idea why Kevin Padrick would sue Umpqua bank, as Umpqua was not the main lender that the Summit Principals used, and it made no sense. So it seems that, as Kevin Padrick, Obsidian Finance Group often seems to do, Kevin Padrick simply sues what he thinks is an easy target to suppress information and get quick money. If Kevin Padrick could get Umpqua to pay, or their insurance company, then Kevin Padrick would not have to work so hard to go after those who were really more involved, right? Kevin Padrick seemed to accuse Umpqus Bank of some crimes and indiscretions back then, was that defamation?

Even in my defamation trial, Kevin Padrick claimed that Summit was a "Ponzi Scheme", yet so many others said it was not. It seemed that Summit had a short fall and not a massive problem until Kevin Padrick got in the middle of it all and made a mess. While under contract with Summit to help them form a plan of reorganization, Kevin Padrick took meetings with the Creditors Committee, and sure seemed to be plotting and scheming against his own clients, while under contract with them and on their dime. Yet David Carr of the New York Times, Kashmir Hill of Forbes, Jeff Manning of the Oregonian and Dan Springer of Fox News would have you believe that I am simply making stuff up to ruin the reputation of an innocent man, when the truth is, I was simply telling the story that is already online and adding my "opinion".

Kevin Padrick keeps up the Facade with flat out lies to Media Outlets.

"iMediaEthics asked Padrick what his reaction was to the considerable media coverage of the case. He told us by phone that at first reporters had a "somewhat negative view" toward the case and ruling, but that "within a very short period of time, literally hours, as people started to actually look at the facts, the coverage completely changed and as you probably are aware when you look at the Forbes article or the New York Times article or any of the other articles, the reporters are frankly somewhat aghast at the facts that underlie the case."

Padrick added that "Initially, I was somewhat disappointed that the media didn't focus on the facts but that was very short lived, and upon further review by the media, I've been very impressed by the type of coverage, the diligence that they've done, the fact checking that they've done, and how the story has been reported...I guess it solidifies my faith in real media."

Padrick told iMediaEthics that the verdict was only monetary and there is no injunction to take down Cox's post in question. He added he is "satisfied with the verdict." Padrick also mentioned that he thinks "it is is important to report the fact that she asked us for money." Forbes and the New York Times reported that Cox sent Padrick's attorney a letter "offering PR Services and Search Engine Management Services starting at $2,500 a month." According to the New York Times, Cox "said that she sent that note in response to a request from Mr. Padrick's attorney," which Padrick's attorney denies."

Forbes posted a defamatory email accusing me of Criminal Activity and Forbes did not call me to see if the email was real or taken out of context or even what the email was regarding, yet Forbes is NOT liable for inciting a riot against me with NO Facts. The New York Times flat out lied, and I talked to David Carr, still he posted about Kevin Padrick as if he was the most honest, ethical attorney on the planet. And David Carr spoke of the now infamous alleged Extortion "email" and claimed I asked for money. All are liable and NONE checked as to the circumstance and authenticity of the email.

First of All it is Legal to be a Search Engine Reputation manager, and I am a very good one. It is my most valuable professional / trade asset currently. Therefore, in RESPONSE to a cease and desist from David Aman, Plaintiff's attorney and AFTER they filed a 10 Million Dollar Lawsuit, in a negotiation between 2 attorneys, Me being pro se and David Aman, Tonkon Torp Attorney for Kevin Padrick (attorney) and Obsidian Finance Group, I emailed the Plaintiff's attorney an offer to make all this STOP, it was a Settlement Offer to end the lawsuit, in which they filed 5 days before and though I had not yet been served, I saw online that they filed it and I saw searches on my site for the lawsuit and I knew it existed and that it was filed Jan. 14th 2011.

All during the last year Obsidian Finance Group, Kevin Padrick - Plaintiff, through their attorney David Aman of Tonkon Torp, they sent me offers, Settlement Communications, offers to make the lawsuit stop or go away and that was not extortion, blackmail and yet my offer was. Talk about discrimination, defamation, double standards, and flat out lies.

Also regarding that email, there were several emails and it was a response email to a very general cease and desist, there are lots more details to that email and all who have gone into accusing me of criminal activity when I was not on trial for a crime, they are now liable for my defamation lawsuits against them. And Sydney Smith of iMedia posting Kevin's words that seem to accuse me of a crime, well now Sydney Smith of iMedia may also be liable for the damage this is doing to my Search Engine Reputation Manager career and will now also be named in my lawsuit against Forbes and the New York Times.

So if Kevin Padrick thinks it is important to discuss me asking for Money, well then it's also equally important to discuss them asking me for Money, and asking me to lie, perjure, and set up others.

They wanted $5000 for every time I posted their name, and this was after I was granted a Summary Judgement in ALL of my writings on Obsidian expect that One Post.

The investigation has so far been thwarted, through further conflicts in New York, typical New York crooked politics but being from the Windy City, so named for corrupt politics, this will be New York's Greylord.

It was learned that conflict in New York led all the way to Chief Judge Judith Kaye, you guessed it, married to a Proskauer partner, a partner like Krane, Stephen Kaye, G0d now prancing upon his recently departed soul although he was soulless while living towards the end, a partner who was instantly added to newly formed Proskauer intellectual property department (formed instantly after learning of my inventions), although he had no history in IP law, hmmm.

Judge Judy Kaye is also conflicted up the butt with Krane, as he was her former whipping boy, serving as her lapdog clerk.

Krane attempts to use influence peddling like never before seen in Gotham to earn his Proskauer intellectual property partnership wings by blocking Iviewit never revealing his conflicts, until two years into the complaints when news of his conflicts surfaced.

Steven Krane and Judith Kaye (Judge Judy is now the proud conflicted owner of her dead husband Stephen Kaye's Proskauer shares of Iviewit) then had to bury the New York Supreme Court ordered investigation against them and the Proskauer partners, and in a feat unsurpassed in the annals or anals of New York, he ass kisses or offers it for the taking widely, to evade the investigation without even having to give a statement in his defense.

After five Supreme Court Justices unanimously voted for an INVESTIGATION, Stephen Krane, Kenneth Rubenstein and Raymond Anthony Joao, did not even have to provide a response to that court, nor provide one to the department charged with the investigations.

Instead those disciplinary departments wrote little old me how they were going to dismiss it without investigation based on that he was a nice guy basically. It was as if the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department, was actually doing his defense, as they tendered all letters on his behalf, he did not answer a single question or put forth a statement in his defense. You guessed it, the First Department and the Second Department are controlled by Proskauer attorneys, those charged with investigating the conflicts, upon a little scratch of the surface were also found in conflict with the matters, Krane and Kaye, and yet they continued handling the complaints against Proskauer and its partners. So assured that top down control of the courts could never be penetrated with Judith Kaye and Stephen Krane controlling them that they acted as if they were above the law.

Perhaps they are above the law, in crime festered New York but they are not above the law of G0d.

Of course I did not order the investigation, a bunch of judges did.

So it begs one to ask why they confronted me to try and evade the investigations and not the court that ordered it. The answer, they could not answer the court with the results of the investigation, as no investigation was ever done and they tried to claim dismissing the case on review was equal to an investigation.

No witnesses were called, no evidence submitted tested, these guys did not even have to tender a response.

How much payola do you think that it costs to buy off three court ordered investigations? With the help of Judge Judy Kaye and some very large illegal gains from the stolen technologies to make people obfuscate their public office duties, they have succeeded but for the moment at evading charges.

Steven Krane stands as the most despicable man in the history of legal ethics, currently found trying to amend laws to protect him and others from prosecution. Perhaps Ken Lay hired him to write some laws to prevent loss of his estate from death or the Bush group has him rewriting war codes to justify torture and protect from prosecution.

Either way, there may soon be a lot of Proskauer and other corrupted lawyers cited herein, wishing for an artery to pop to the brain, with Krane's obese gluttony, he will be first. (I was wrong here, Judy's husband Stephen Krane, G0d unrest his soul, was the first to leave this earthly world for hell for his actions.)

Krane Complaint First Department Exposing Conflicts and Violations of Public Office. Krane then goes on to really fuck himself when he writes his own defense of his bar complaint, failing to disclose his conflicting positions at the disciplinary department and further concealing them in an effort to deny he was caught, this little lie cost him orders for investigation.

Steven Krane was busted immediately following that letter, after Clerk of the Court, Catherine O’Hagan Wolf identified that Steven Krane was in fact a member of the disciplinary committee that his letter denied, in fact she sat on several committee’s with Steven Krane and was stunned that he would be handling a complaint against himself or his partners, she suggested Iviewit file the Motion with the Court that led to the unanimous ruling for investigation.

OK breaking news in November 2007 comes in the form of Krane's buddy at the First Department, Thomas Cahill, former Chief Counsel of the Supreme Court of New York First Department, DDC. Thomas Cahill is busted for burying and whitewashing complaints against attorneys that he is charged with investigating.

Oh, shit gets really bad as the informant is an insider, a 62 yr old black female attorney, who is victimized, physically assaulted and terminated for her bravery to stand up to wrongdoings at the Department. In a $100M Federal Lawsuit, she names Iviewit in P. 97 of the complaint, as a cause of termination.

Oh shit, Thomas Cahill and Steven Krane and their scam exposed from the inside, Holy Cow Batman, Gotham Uppy Ups are going down, The New York Law Journal writes a story exposing Cahill and others for derailing complaints against attorneys, exactly what Iviewit is claiming to the Feds.

Holy Big Shit Batman, The New York Times follows with an even more devastating article and now New York is on fire, Kerik, the whole criminal political crime family composed of scumbag lawyers, judges and politicians is flaming downward, hell awaits, my smiling face to greet them.

All this shit started by an investigative reporter at Expose Corrupt Courts, a one ballsy Frank Brady, in a time of journalistic lack of integrity and complacency with the corruptions read by propaganda readers like Blitzer (whose his daddy), Sanchez (where did this guy get his journalistic wings) and other script readers, Brady emerges as something of a Ben Bradlee, a Woodward, a Bernstein.

It is imperative for the SEC to note that after the Signed Licensing and Service Agreement, Iviewit opened a California Office inside a Warner Bros. building, in order to take over encoding operations for their online content, and more.

Iviewit began billing according to the Licensing and Service agreement. Please note the language in the Licensing and Service agreement pertaining to the Proprietary nature and Confidentiality of the Iviewit inventions.

Suddenly, after the agreements were signed and operations were underway, Wayne M. Smith ~ Vice President and Chief Patent Counsel at Warner Bros. began seeking a re-review of Proskauer Partner Kenneth Rubenstein ’s (“Rubenstein”) prior patent opinions regarding the Iviewit inventions to Warner Bros. employees.

Smith then claimed to Colter that he found problems while reviewing Rubenstein’s opinion with the patents on file at the US Patent Office [6]. At this point, allegedly, a coordinated conspiratorial effort between Smith, Rubenstein and others began to derail the already signed Iviewit agreements with Warner Bros et al.

Allegedly, former “Acting CEO” of Iviewit, P. Stephen Lamont, (a referral emanating from AOL’s Leonsis) Smith and Rubenstein then worked to derail the Licensing and Service Agreement. Warner Bros. then further attempted to deny the existence of this BINDING CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION as further evidenced in letters exhibited herein, whereby the Signed and Binding agreement is wholly denied.

The amount owed in service fees since the signing of the contracts would be an enormous amount over the almost 10 years of use and where Warner Bros et al. have never notified Iviewit they were cancelling such contract, it may still be considered effective. Yet, it would difficult to cancel what one tries to deny the existence of and perhaps the reason no cancellation was formally completed.

o The emails forward from this point in the timeline begin to attempt to hide from the fact that Licensing and Service Agreements were already in place while also hiding these facts and liabilities from Shareholders and Auditors.

The alleged fraud may again have catastrophic effect on these highly traded stocks, reaching back to this point in time and possibly further back.

· April 04, 2001 Letter from Colter to William J. "Bill" Raduchel (“Raduchel”) ~ Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at AOL. AOL’s Leonsis referred Raduchel to do further due diligence for an investment in the Iviewit companies, in addition to the Licensing and Encoding deal already signed.

You have requested a statement of the Department of Justice's antitrust enforcement intentions with respect to a proposed arrangement pursuant to which Toshiba will assemble and offer a package license under the Licensors' patents that are "essential," as defined below, to manufacturing products in compliance with the DVD-ROM and DVD-Video formats and will distribute royalty income to the other Licensors.

I. The DVD-ROM and DVD-Video Formats

The Standard Specifications for the DVD-ROM and DVD-Video formats describe the physical and technical parameters for DVDs for read-only-memory and video applications, respectively, and "rules, conditions and mechanisms" for player units for the two formats.

(1) In either format, the DVD has more than seven times the storage capacity of a compact disc; a single-layer, single-sided DVD, for example, can store 4.7 billion bytes (4.38 GB) of information including audio, video, text, and data. Employing compression technology, a DVD-Video disc can hold a 135-minute feature film on a single side.

The Licensors, along with a number of other producers of consumer electronics hardware, software, or both,

(2) established the Standard Specifications.

(3) These Standard Specifications appear to implicate the intellectual property rights of numerous firms.

II. The Proposed Arrangement

A memorandum of understanding among the Licensors (the "MOU," attached as Exhibit 1 to your letter) sets forth the central terms of the proposed arrangement, pursuant to which Toshiba will aggregate the Licensors' "essential" patents and disseminate rights under them to makers of Digital Versatile Discs (DVDs), DVD players, and DVD decoders

(4) ("DVD Products"), and distribute royalty income to the other Licensors. The arrangement will be carried out through a group of other agreements, including:

(1) a license that Toshiba will receive from each other Licensor to enable Toshiba to license users of the Standard Specifications under that Licensor's "essential" patents (the "Authorization Agreement," attached as Exhibit 3); (2) Toshiba's sublicense to makers of DVD Products under the Licensors' patents (the "DVD Patent License," attached as Exhibit 2);

(3) an agreement among the Licensors concerning the retention and authority of experts to select and evaluate the patents to be licensed (the "Expert Agreement," attached as Exhibit 4); and

(4) the "Ground Rules for Royalty Allocation" (attached as Exhibit 7), which set forth the formula that will determine how Toshiba will distribute royalties among the Licensors.

(5) A. The patents to be licensed In the MOU, the Licensors commit to license each other and third parties to make, use and sell DVD Products under their present and future patents that are "essential" to doing so.

(6) The Licensors agree to two separate means of carrying out this obligation. First, they agree to grant Toshiba the right to sublicense third parties under their present and future "essential" patents for these purposes, and Toshiba agrees in turn to sublicense those patents, along with its own such patents, in the DVD Patent Licenses.

(7) Second, each Licensor agrees to "offer to license its essential DVD patents on a non-exclusive basis to interested third-party licensees pursuant to separate negotiations on fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms, whether or not said third-party licensees intend to make, use and sell DVD products that are in conformity with the Specifications."

(8) A Licensor's patent is "essential," and thus subject to the commitments in the MOU, if it is "necessarily infringed," or "there is no realistic alternative" to it, "in implementing the DVD Standard Specifications."

(9) Initially, each Licensor will identify its own "essential" patents in an attachment to its Authorization Agreement with Toshiba.

(10) Toshiba will then incorporate those patents in a list attached to the DVD Patent License.

(11) Shortly, however, an expert individual or panel, with "full and sufficient knowledge and skill in the relevant technology,"

(12) will complete a review the patents each Licensor has designated as "essential" in order to determine whether they satisfy the MOU criteria.

(14) At that time, any patent initially designated by a Licensor for inclusion in the DVD Patent License that the expert determines is not "essential" will be excluded from subsequent DVD Patent Licenses, although current licensees will have the option to retain it in their existing licenses.

(15) The expert will repeat this comprehensive review of all the patents in the DVD Patent License portfolio every four years.

(16) In between the quadrennial reviews, the proposed program also provides a mechanism by which the expert may review individual patents whose essentiality comes into question. If a Licensor comes to a good faith conclusion that a licensed patent is not "essential," and provides a reasonable basis for that belief, the expert will re-examine the patent.

(17) If the expert concludes that the patent is not "essential," the patent will be excluded from the DVD Patent License.

(18) The agreement provides that the expert's determinations are "conclusive and non-appealable," although the expert must submit a report explaining any decision that a patent was not "essential."

(19) Compensation will be at the expert's "standard hourly rates."

(20) Each Licensor will bear the cost of the expert's review of its patents; the Licensors will share costs attributable to all of them, such as time spent reviewing the DVD Standard Specifications.

(21) The expert, although retained by the Licensors and selected by a majority vote among them, will not have an economic affiliation with any individual Licensor.

(22) A majority of the Licensors may remove the expert for failure or inability to perform the duties set forth in the Expert Agreement "in a professional, competent, reliable or timely manner."

(23) Although the proposed licensing program currently includes the patents of only the Licensors, it is open to any owner of an "essential" patent willing to license on the program's terms and conditions.(24)

Can you imagine, complaints filed against public officers where such officers than deny the complaints with out formal procedure, sounds like the old communist regime where citizens where unable to complain about their elected officials.

Per the Attorney General of the Great State of Florida, I write to you for inclusion into the ongoing Nineteenth Statewide Grand Jury, the Eliot Bernstein and Iviewit companies claims of criminal RICO and ANTITRUST activities by certain members of the Florida Supreme Court, the Florida Bar, the Boca Raton P.D., the law firms Proskauer Rose LLP, Foley & Lardner LLP and more.

The extent of these claims of Public Office Corruption reach the highest levels of Florida government and thus are germane to the Grand Jury’s request for information and stated purpose, “The Office of Statewide Prosecution has established a public corruption hotline for anyone who believes they have information concerning a criminal offense involving public corruption or wishes to suggest issues the Statewide Grand Jury should investigate regarding public corruption.

Below is a communication from Attorney General McCollum in response to my request to his offices for inclusion, whereby he urges me to contact and join your offices of these most serious allegations as well.

I am contacting your offices again, as I have contacted them in the past regarding these matters and am asking that your offices take all actions necessary to have these allegations investigated by the Florida Grand Jury your office has convened, as well as, any other criminal actions you may deem appropriate in investigating these matters and notifying the proper authorities of the allegations alleged herein and in the URL links provided herein.

I am happy to provide additional information or testimony relating to the matters to any investigators you deem appropriate or before the Grand Jury.

Many of these matters have crossed state lines through the law firms accused and in New York, a NY Supreme Court Whistleblower Christine Anderson, Esq. has identified a Racketeering type organization within not only the NY Courts and NY Disciplinary Agencies but the NY prosecutorial offices, including the US Attorney, the NY Attorney General Cuomo’s offices and the NY District Attorneys Office.

The allegations rise to senior members of these public offices acting in conspiracy to deprive due process to citizens’ complaints against them and in fact, a “Cleaner”, Naomi Goldstein of the NY Supreme Court was allegedly according to Anderson Whitewashing attorney complaints for these prosecutors. In addition, Anderson claims “favored lawyers and law firms” had their complaints cleaned as well.

The Anderson case now also involves Federal Obstruction of Justice in a federal Lawsuit, with death threats on Federal Witnesses on their way to testify in Federal Court. Extortion of state employees is also evidenced in Anderson, replete with physical assaults on the 60 yr. female Anderson, to either aid and abet or else by Senior New York Supreme Court Officials.

My Trillion Dollar Federal RICO and ANTITRUST lawsuit filed alongside and in support of Anderson’s Historic and Heroic Whistleblower claims, was legally “related” to the Anderson Whistleblower lawsuit by Federal Judge Shira Scheindlin.

Many of the defendants in my Fed RICO and ANTITRUST are located here in Florida, in fact all of my claims began in Florida, as that is where my companies and myself were located at the time the criminal activities were first discovered.

Proskauer partners were ordered for Investigation for Conflicts of Interest and Violations of Public office by the New York Supreme Court, in a unanimous consent of five justices of that court but those investigations are now under investigation for their failure to investigate.

The allegations in NY are almost identical to those I filed in Florida just different players from the same firms often having infiltrated and violated public offices to deny due process to my complaints in violation of law and attorney and judicial conduct codes.

All of my complaints in Florida in the courts and to all state agencies are herein officially requested to be re-opened in light of the revelations of new and damning information revealed in Anderson and new evidence against certain defendants in my lawsuit from Florida.

New evidence includes Defendant Proskauer Rose LLP and Partner Thomas Sjoblom’s involvement in the ExSir Robert Allen Stanford Ponzi scheme, Sjoblom found aiding and abetting Stanford Employees in a Miami Airport Hanger teaching them how to lie to SEC and FBI investigators.
As you know, Proskauer has been sued in a Global Class Action for the entire damages of Stanford, approximately 7 Billion US Dollars. Complaints filed with the Florida Bar and Florida Supreme Court against, Florida Bar employees, Florida Supreme Court Public Officials, Proskauer Partners Christopher Clarke Wheeler, Esq. who was convicted of Felony DUI with Injury in Florida and Matthew Triggs who violated Florida Bar Rules in handling Complaints in multiple conflicts and violation of public office of the Florida Bar, are also being requested herein to have formal investigations into the matters reheard entirely based on a plethora of new information and evidence against the defendants in those matters and again instituted with oversight of your offices.

Similarly, we are requesting that your offices investigate the Florida Civil Court Case Civil Case No. 502001CA004671XXCDAB with new evidence showing a complete fraud on the court was orchestrated by Proskauer and Judge Jorge Labarga of the Florida Supreme Court, prior to your appointment of Labarga to the Florida Supreme Court.

I also note that members of your inner staff are formerly with Defendant Foley & Lardner, who acted as Solicitor General to the Florida Supreme Court while my complaints were being reviewed by that Court.

I also note that Justice Jorge Labarga and several of the Florida Supreme Court Justice and Court Officials are Defendants in my Trillion Dollar Fed RICO and ANTITRUST lawsuit. I also note that several members or former members of the Florida Bar are Defendants in my Trillion Dollar Fed RICO and ANTITRUST lawsuit.

Therefore, I request further that your offices in handling these matters proceed with extreme caution in ferreting out ALL Conflicts of Interest prior to involvement by any party, to preclude further possible charges against members of your office or any other party your offices join into these matters.

I have attached a Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form for all parties, including yourself, to sign and return to my office at 2753 NW 34th St. Boca Raton, FL 33434, prior to ANY Actions you take in even considering the matter.

As a mass of Conflicts of Interest have been discovered in these matters already and the Whistleblower further identifying a criminal conspiracy within state agencies, this Conflict form is essential to ensuring fair and impartial due process of law by non conflicted parties. As these matters in New York and Florida are against some of the highest ranking officials in the states, I know that in New York Anderson and now other related cases and witnesses who testified to the New York Senate Judiciary Committee are seeking various forms of witness protection, I similarly would like to know what options for this type of protection are available to those who come forward in Florida.

"How did they not hear about this sooner? That's the question burned investors were asking the SEC in December 2008 when regulators charged Bernie Madoff with securities fraud for a multi-billion dollar Ponzi scheme he'd been running for decades.

Turns out the SEC did hear about it--more than six times. But when whistleblowers sounded off, the agency turned a deaf ear.

A 2009 report released by the SEC Inspector General reveals that whistleblowers filed complaints involving Madoff as early as 1992. Over the next 16 years before Madoff confessed in 2008, the SEC received six "substantive complaints that raised significant red flags." But examiners never conducted a "thorough investigation" of Madoff's operations and they rejected additional evidence from whistleblowers like hedge-fund manager Harry Markopolous.

Markopolous is just one of a number of whistleblowers who in recent years has tried to alert the SEC of potential wrongdoing, only to be ignored or misunderstood.

And the number may be dwindling. Besides book-deals and obscure Person of the Year awards, tipsters have little incentive to come forward. The SEC's whistleblower "bounty" program hasn't offered much additional incentive. Since its creation in 1989, the little known program has made reward payments to only five claimants totaling $159,537.

Kashmir Hill of Forbes is simply telling a tiny part of the story and with great discrimination. Kashmir Hill seems to want to protect the crimes against victims in the US Bankruptcy courts and Kashmir Hill has not even researched the real ethics, behavior, lawsuits, business dealings of Kevin Padrick or of Obsidian Finance Group. Kashmir Hill needs to look deeper or Kashmir Hill should have simply stayed out of this battle of wits she is obviously unarmed at. See Kashmir Hill has not dug deep as David Carr of the New York Times Claims. Kashmir Hill has simply listened to the word of the "bad guy" and shot the messenger per say with seemingly no accountability. Or even a drive to find the REAL STORY.

Kashmir Hill's Forbes Article Said "After a failed attempt to get the Oregon Attorney General to investigate Cox, Obsidian filed a defamation case in January 2011, and Padrick first met Cox on the first day of the trial."

Kashmir Hill wrote this right after she posted an email accusing me of extortion, which is criminal and I have not had criminal charges against me. Kashmir Hill has ruined my reputation in defending Kevin Padrick's, does this make sense?

Kashmir Hill said this just after posting an email from January 19th of 2011. So is Kashmir Hill claiming that Kevin Padrick tried to get the Oregon Attorney General to investigate an email sent to his attorney AFTER he filed the lawsuit? Kashmir Hill says in the Forbes article that the Plaintiff filed the lawsuit after trying to get the Oregon Attorney General to Investigative Me. So what was Kevin Padrick trying to get the Oregon Attorney General to investigate, when the Email she posted was sent AFTER the Lawsuit was Filed. Does this make ANY logical sense to Kashmir Hill ?

In context the email was sent as a Reply to a cease and desist, and was sent AFTER the lawsuit was filed, and between two attorneys, as I represented myself. And there were emails back and forth. All this IGNORED by the Irresponsible Journalism of Kashmir Hill.

Does Kashmir Hill have any investigating ability? What Kevin Padrick told her does not add up, and with so many others with issue regarding Kevin Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group why would the Oregon Attorney General not investigate Kevin Padrick or Obsidian Finance Group? Why does Kashmir Hill not investigate Kevin Padrick or Obsidian Finance Group?

So much money, so many victims and Kashmir Hill of Forbes focuses on an Email between the Plaintiff's attorney and me, a Pro Se Blogger trying to "Negotiate" with the Plaintiff's attorney, after a cease and desist so broad and vague, and after a lawsuit was filed. Kashmir Hill is seriously negligent, flat out wrong and her post does not make sense to a rational mind that actually researches the story.

Yet, sadly most do not research the facts, documents, videos, depositions of the story and instead simply believe Kashmir Hill and not me. Kashmir Hill has not investigated this story for 3 years, I have. Kashmir Hill has no clue of the real story, yet Kashmir Hill jumps in with conclusions, accusations and harms me in every way and with NO accountability.

Obsidian Finance Group lost a loan due to what I posted, thing is I posted links to proof and the bank VP never contacted me, there was lots of information online about the story, and yet I was blamed when it was not my story. I simply picked up the story and ran with it.

This story is huge, and the defamation accusation is false really. Obsidian Finance Group did not prove they lost one penny regarding this post and yet was awarded 2.5 million dollars. It makes not sense, yet Kashmir Hill does not look into any of this. Kashmir Hill simply believes what the Zillionaires tell her to believe.

If Kashmir Hill did her homework she would see that there is lots more to all this. For example, I am "affiliated" with a book, I have been writing for years and most have not published, however I have lots of ISBN numbers and 2 books registered with Bowker. I started a Publishing Company in 1996 and I have had other publications publish my writings. I am more of an investigator then Kashmir Hill , that is a FACT. And I am truly independent. Kashmir Hill has not looked into any of this and Kashmir Hill simply takes the hearsay of one Man and his Attorney, which is certainly NOT investigative reporting.

Kashmir Hill says, "... but a trial by jury found that her claims were false, and found her guilty of defamation." Where does this come from? Does Kashmir Hill understand that it was the Opinion of One Oregon CPA, paid by the Plaintiff that the Jury had to go on to find me "guilty"?

Kashmir Hill of Forbes quotes Kevin Padrick of Obsidian Finance Group in say “She has decimated my business. It’s half of what it was,” says Padrick. “She’s ruined my reputation, my life.” the TRUTH is all I did was turn on a light in the room the bad things were happening in. I did not make up that information, and I provided proof of my source and the Judge would not allow this information into the Trial. Kashmir Hill does not want the real story, but Kashmir Hill instead simply wants to make me look bad instead of printing the real facts of the case.

Kashmir Hill Says "A reminder here: she wasn’t able to prove at trial that what she had written was true. Do we really want to claim this person as one of our own, folks?" Thing is in no way is Kashmir Hill like me. See I read documents, depositions, watch videos of the parties at meetings, talk to many insiders and for years. And Kashmir Hill just posts some jaded version of the story to shoot the messenger per say.

See Kashmir Hill is NOT looking for the TRUTH but instead Kashmir Hill is looking to Defame Me, punish me, even though a Judge Jury already has. Death Threats, Set Up by Judges, Stalked, Lied about, Harassed and all ignored by the Cops, Judges, FBI, State and Federal Prosecutors.

Obsidian Finance Group is really one of the smallest stories I write about. Kashmir Hill is certainly not one of "your own". See the bloggers, whistleblowers that I know, they do their homework, they have proof, documentation and experience extreme harassment and duress as they expose corruption. See the bloggers that are like me, they face economic terrorism, cps threatens them, judges set them up, they are sued and starved out, threatened of death and more ...All because they dare to blog about what is really happening to them, or people they know. Bloggers do this with back up, video, documents and not just posting hearsay and agenda. Most of the time bloggers such as I am that expose real corruption, are not paid to expose this corruption and instead make money other ways from their blogs, ads or selling other product. This way the story is pure and the ad dollars and politics does not control why they expose. Bloggers are more credible as news then Forbes, New York Times, Fox, big media and certainly more credible then the yammerings of Kashmir Hill.

See I have been in this for 3 years, and I know tons about it. Kashmir Hill took the word of the Plaintiff and ran a story, an attack against me with no base in real facts of this 3 year long story.

Kashmir Hill says, "This has led to a slew of angry stories, pointing out that bloggers are journalists. But these stories have not dug deeply enough. The facts in the case are far more complicated, and after hearing them, most journalists will not want to include Cox in their camp." Crystal L. Cox, Investigative Blogger says YES this case is far more complicated and it is not about ONE email between a Pro Se Defendant Blogger and a Plaintiff's attorney. This story is 3 years deep and has thousands of pages of documents, depositions, emails, and back story that needs to be researched before opening one's mouth as Kashmir Hill has done. And I never asked "journalists' to include me in their "camp", that is just lame.

I do wish that Journalists, Investigative Reporters, Bloggers, and ALL would investigate Kevin Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group and bring justice to those they have harmed by presenting the FACTS instead of simply shooting the messenger. However, it seems that most believe what they are told by big media and do not dig deeper. Kashmir Hill is simply clueless on the TRUTH about Kevin Padrick and Obsidian Finance Group. And she seems to have no accountability or remorse for inciting a riot against me, essentially accusing me of the crime of extortion with no background information, not looking at dates the lawsuit was filed and well not even digging into the story but simply jumping to the defense of a white collar criminal and attacking someone who is trying to expose corruption and help people. I had no personal vendetta, I did not know Kevin Padrick, I had no money involved, I was simply getting the victims story found.

Kashmir Hill sure is naive and gullible. It Seems that Kashmir Hill did not look into anything that Kevin Padrick told her but instead just believed whatever he spewed out of his lying, evil mouth.

Kashmir Hill's article said,
"Obsidian’s tech team found dozens of sites that appeared to have been created by Cox to write about Obsidian, says Padrick, and over 1,900 others that she had created to write about other people and companies. This is not the work of a journalist, but the work of someone intent on destroying reputations."

This is just ridiculous, they have no idea what I do, or why and this tech team has no clue as to what is really going on. And to take Kevin Padrick's words as to why I supposedly have sites, without posting my version of why I have the sites or even reading my sites, Kashmir Hill just goes along with what Kevin Padrick says??? Really??

I have sites on my several businesses, sites on alternative energy, sites on alternative medicine and healing, sites supporting gay and lesbians, sites on real estate, sites on cancer and many other topics and my corruption sites are not the majority of my sites, and when I write on the bad guys, ya I go to the top of the search engines.

However, I did not destroy their reputation, they did this long before I showed up, I simply got the victims they created found as I am amazing at search engine placement and gave this as a gift to victims. Kashmir Hill has no clue as to what I do or why.

Kashmir Hill's article said,

"Padrick told me this has been going on for three years. There is a rather complicated back story — involving his being appointed a Chapter 11 trustee for a business that went belly-up Ponzi-style in 2007, and some of those involved not being happy about misappropriated funds being reclaimed"

Yes Kashmir Hill it has been three years, and I got a bankruptcy whistleblower blog found. They had problems with Kevin Padrick of Obsidian Finance Group and with David Aman of Tonkon Torp and I got them heard, found in the search engines. I did not create the story, it WAS and IS .. not my Story.. Kashmir Hill has no clue the real back story, the breach of contract, the lies, the unethical behavior of Kevin Padrick... and Kashmir Hill is not about to dig deep, but instead naively believes a Zillionaire that makes Millions a Year off of other people's demise and all the while lies to and bullies his own clients, so that he can prey on their life's work. Also note about the Forbes article, and seemingly Kashmir Hill are only letting in negative comments about me.
Several people have told me that they posted positive comments on Forbes on work I had done for them, and Forbes rejected these comments. Seems that Forbes simply wants to discredit the messenger. I have commented to try and correct errors and my comments have been denied. Kashmir Hill has me owning sites that I don't own. The Errors of Kashmir Hill of Forbes is shocking and she does nothing to correct them, even though she knows the facts and has a fancy editor.

There is a comment on the Forbes Article I want to Comment on.. it says this..

"Truth would have been a defense, but the burden was on the other side. Instead, Cox even failed to show that she had a good faith reason to believe the statements were true. Apparently neither the jury nor the judge believed that her secret source was real." ~ I want to clarify. I never claimed a Secret Source at the Trial. I brought over 500 pages of documentations of my source, and of good faith reason. David Carr, New York Times: Take A Deeper Look at What the New York Times, David Carr and Forbes is Saying and Support the Victims and NOT the Criminals.

David Carr and Kashmir Hill are NOT Telling the Whole Truth and Nothing But.

Do Not Simply Believe the New York Times, David Carr and Forbes because they are bigger then me, and more Established. David Carr of the New York Times has an agenda to keep down New Media and David Carr of the New York Times has an Agenda to keep Woman in their place.

David Carr of the New York Times and Kashmir Hill of Forbes Seem to think it prudent to NOT print my side of the story regarding the now "infamous" email. And David Carr and Kashmir Hill have no accountability, and David Carr keeps attacking my character though a Judge and Jury already has "punished" me. Why? Is David Carr the Eye for an Eye Police? Well this is to attack all bloggers, and to avoid doing research on the real story, of the real crimes. David Carr is a Lazy, Ignorant Journalist.

David Carr and Kashmir Hill get to claim protection under laws that don't apply to bloggers. So David Carr and Kashmir Hill can legally say what they want about me, set me up, post flat out lies and have no accountability, as they demand accountability from me. Of which a Judge and Jury has already handed out.

David Carr and Kashmir Hill simply take the word of Kevin Padrick and his Attorney David Aman, who were both involved in the Summit Bankruptcy. David Carr and Kashmir Hill need to discredit me so that my accusations are not taken serious. Thing is the Department of Justice, FBI, and all other authorities ignore the real details of the bankruptcy courts and guys like Kevin Padrick have no oversight what so ever, even though they claimed they did. The Summit Bankruptcy should be VOID from the Start. Kevin Padrick worked for the company that went bankrupt to help them Form a Plan of Reorganization, this is a signed contract between Summit and Obsidian Finance Group and then Kevin Padrick was a Trustee working on the other side, against them.

David Carr and Kashmir Hill seem to NOT want to Read anything and claim that Kevin Padrick has no one else that has had an issue with him, and has not been in any other similar situation. The Truth is the Summit Bankruptcy had an Objection to the Fees filed by several insiders, in this there were emails between the Department of Justice Trustee, between David Aman and Robert Opera - one of the attorneys involved and Opera suggested issues of deferred gain, there was also tax exhibits and tons more and I had read this over and over, it was a public document and had been online for years, the court would not accept this as a source even though it was a source and that was the truth.
